Temple Sinai is a Reform synagogue dedicated to furthering Jewish life through worship, study and community. We are an extended family to our congregation,  and we provide a respectful and welcoming spiritual home for our diverse membership.

We are committed to Torah, Israel and Tikkun Olam (repairing the world). We strive to honor these values in our own lives and pass them from generation to generation.

May we be blessed to go from strength to strength.

Rabbi Jeff Goldwasser

Temple Sinai is proud to welcome Rabbi Jeff Goldwasser as our new spiritual leader.

As Rabbi Peter Stein begins a new journey at Temple B'rith Kodesh in Rochester, NY, Rabbi Jeff begins a new journey in Cranston, RI at Temple Sinai. There will be many opportunities in the coming months to meet Rabbi Jeff, his wife Jonquil, and his daughters, Eliana and Talia.  Click here to learn more about Rabbi Jeff.

Our congregation is equally proud to welcome our new Cantor, Wendy Siegel.  Cantor Wendy comes to us from Hebrew College in Massachusetts, and is excited about her role in Temple Sinai's future.  Cantor Remmie Brown, our Cantor of 34 years, has retired - but we look forward to see him at a service, sitting with the congregation and enjoying Wendy's beautiful voice.
