Sunday, February 5: Bring in donations of cooked chicken and get ready to cook!

Speak with Rabbi Stein if you have a large stock pot that can be borrowed

On Sunday 2/5, we will have two exciting activities:

We will hear a presentation from Elena Rosenbaum of Leket Israel, who will describe their

 efforts to glean the fields and feed the hungry

We will cook soup to share with those who are in need. We’re making a lot, so we need everyone’s help!

Here’s the schedule for February 5, Souper Sunday:

9:00 AM Students, parents, and other volunteers meet in sanctuary

9:15 AM Presentation from Leket Israel

9:45 AM Cooking begins!

* Each grade of students will take a turn cooking

* Parents, interested congregants, veterans of the Temple Sinai Israel trip who harvested with

 Leket this summer, and social action committee members will all help
